At Intractable, we value your privacy and are committed to protecting your data that we obtain from your use of our apps. Our apps collect information from you in order to provide their functionality, as well as to improve the core products. This document explains what data we obtain from you, why we collect it, how we handle it, and your rights in relation to this data under applicable laws.
Please read this policy document carefully. In order to use our app, you must agree to the policy.
1. What data is collected:
A. App name: Digital Fitness
Active Collection:
The Digital Fitness app obtains certain data like your user name that you directly provide to it. This data is not shared with other apps on your device, nor is it transmitted to servers over the network. It is removed from your device when you uninstall the app.
We collect user progress data by using Firebase Real Time database services and transmit it securely to remote servers. This data is aggregated across all users and is available to view from the app in the Community Progress screen. Examples of the types of information processed for this purpose are:
Number of lessons completed
Quizzes taken
Interactive tasks completed
Modules completed
Interactive stories played
Stories completed
This data is transmitted and stored securely by Firebase Real Time database services. You can find more information about the provider's privacy policies here:

Passive Collection:
We collect data passively by using Google’s Firebase services, and Google Analytics for Firebase (third-party analytics provider). Here are details of the types of information processed by Firebase services:
Number of users and sessions
Session duration
Operating systems
Device models
Geography
First launches
App opens
App updates
This data is collected directly by the analytic provider’s software which is included in our app, and is transmitted securely to the analytics provider’s servers. You can find more information about the provider's privacy policies here:

B. App name: Mobi
Active Collection:
The app obtains certain data like your user name that you directly provide to it. This data is not shared with other apps on your device, nor is it transmitted to servers over the network. It is removed from your device when you uninstall the app.
Passive Collection:
We collect data passively by using a service provided by third-party analytics providers. The providers are Unity Analytics (a service by Unity Technologies) and Facebook App Events (a service by Facebook, Inc). Here are details of the types of information:
Various devices identifiers, MAC address, Android Ad ID, IP address
Hardware model, OS version, mobile network information
Screen visits, user actions
This data is collected directly by the analytic provider’s software which is included in our app, and is transmitted securely to the analytics provider’s servers. You can find more information about the provider's privacy policies here:

2. How we use the data:
We use the data to provide the application functionality and to improve the service. This forms the legal basis for data collection.
We use data collection to improve the application by analyzing the app usage in an anonymized manner. For example, to understand how many users have completed a certain level of the game.
We do not use your data to show advertisements.
We do not sell your data to third parties.
We do not transfer your data to third parties other than the analytics providers.
3. How we handle your data:
The data we collect about your app activity is securely stored with the analytics providers for a reasonable amount of time as required to provide the service. Your personal data is removed in a timely manner after you stop using the app. The aggregated and de-identified data may continue to be held as is reasonable to provide the service. All data is stored for only as long as necessary.
The app data stored on your device is protected by the device’s operating system, and is removed when you uninstall the app.
4. Your rights under applicable laws:
Depending on your country of residency, you have rights including:
Your right of access - You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.
Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.
Your right to erasure - You have the right to ask us to erase your personal information in certain circumstances.
Your right to restriction of processing - You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.
Your right to object to processing - You have the the right to object to the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.
Your right to data portability - You have the right to ask that we transfer the personal information you gave us to another organisation, or to you, in certain circumstances.

You can also opt-out of data collection from the analytics providers.
You can do so in the Mobi app as follows:
1. open the Home Screen and go to the Workshop tab.
2. tap the “thumbs up” button at top-right of screen to open the Acknowledgements screen.
For opting out of Unity Analytics, do the following in Acknowledgements screen:
a. tap the “Privacy” button
b. select the “opt-out” checkbox and tap “submit”.
For opting out of Facebook App Events, do the following in Acknowledgements screen:
a. select the drop-down option "Disable analytics using Facebook App Events".
To opt-out of data collection in the Digital Fitness app:
1. open the Home Screen and tap the “?” icon to open Settings.
2. tap the Analytics switch to enable/disable analytics.
3. tap the Delete button to delete analytics data.

5. About children’s data:
We do not knowingly collect data for users under the age of 13. The apps should not be used by children. If you are aware of cases where this has happened, please contact us at the address provided in this document, and we will take reasonable steps to rectify the situation.
